Claus B Plus
Electric ready to use with pivoting opening
CLAUS PLUS is an electric window ready for immediate use. Simply power up the integrated control unit and thanks to a practical remote control all window accessories are immediately functional. It opens via a concealed motor and it comes with a rain detector and a thermally insulating and secure Sicurtherm glass with a value of Ug = 1.1 W/m2k.
In all CLAUS B PLUS models the electrical connection is supplied already assembled in the window.
After releasing the motor one can tilt the frame and clean the outer glass.
It is made of Nordic wood that has been treated with fungicide and double-finished with transparent ecological protective paint. The interior wooden parts can be made in walnut or white lacquer, on request.
The external cladding of the frame is in charcoal grey aluminium RAL 7022.
Upon request, it is possible to receive the internal electric blind (blackout or shading) and/or the external electric shutter already installed on the window.
In addition to the standard models, it is possible to produce Claus B Plus windows “made to order”.
Claus THERMO
PVC pivoting window
CLAUS THERMO OK.S is made in PVC in RAL 9003 color that guarantees resistance to temperature changes. It is filled with polyurethane foam in the profiles that make up the frame thus increasing the thermal value of the window. It is suitable for all environments, especially for rooms with high humidity levels such as bathrooms and kitchens.
The PVC material does not absorb moisture and is resistant to abrasion, impact and scratches. Extremely easy to clean, it requires no special maintenance. Even cleaning of the exterior glass is facilitated by rotating the window.
The ergonomic handle, in addition to being equipped with a safety key, allows hermetic or microventilation closure. At the top of the window there are ventilation grilles that allow air exchange, compensating for the annoying natural phenomenon of condensation.
To better meet the needs in terms of thermal insulation, CLAUS THERMO OK.S is equipped with triple perimeter sealing. SICURTHERM glass is standard on the window. The external profiles are made of aluminium RAL 7016.
Claus Prestige
Skylight with top-hung opening
The Prestige skylights open upwards and come integrated with a folding apron for quick and easy installation on all roof types. They allow easy access to the roof for inspections and maintenance. The external profile is in aluminium in charcoal grey. The interior is in Scandinavian wood treated with fungicide.
The opening lever is made of laminated steel and the external seals are made of EPDM. Releasing the opening lever tilts the window.
Airtight polyethylene seals. Standard glass (3+9+3) for rooms with suitable protection or inaccessible areas or, on request, Sicurtherm glass (4+16+3/3) for habitable rooms.
Possibility of installing a C20L 230v or 24v electric motor, manual internal curtain or blackout shade, electric roller blind with the exception of models LWL60/61 and LWL62/63. On request it is possible to create custom-made skylights.
Claus BOOK
Skylight with side opening
The Claus Book skylight with side opening allows easy access to the roof for inspections and maintenance while providing a valid solution as an emergency exit. It comes ready to use with a folding apron for quick and easy installation on all roof types. The right side opening via a handle allows for micro ventilation.
The exterior is in aluminium in anthracite grey colour while the interior is in Scandinavian wood treated with fungicide. The hinges are on the left side. External seals are EPDM, airtight seals are polyethylene.
Useful passage area: Book 78×78 – 74×74 cm – 0,55 m2, Book 78×98 – 74×94 cm – 0,70 m2.
Minimum slope 15° – maximum 55°.
Basic glazing (3+9+3) for rooms with suitable protection or inaccessible areas or on request safety glazing (3+6+3/3) for habitable rooms.
Possibility of installing an internal manual blackout curtain or sunshade.
Claus B
Center pivot opening
The Claus B pivoting window allows the frame to be rotated 180°, which is further facilitated by the aluminium handle located at the top of the window. A practical locking system allows the window to remain in an inclined position for easy cleaning of the exterior glass.
It is made of Nordic wood that has been treated with fungicide and double-finished with transparent ecological protective paint.
The handle with ergonomic grip located at the bottom of the window is equipped with a double stop to secure the frame in the microventilation or hermetic closing position. The ventilation grilles on the upper sides of the window allow, when open, a slight passage of air to counteract the natural phenomenon of condensation.
Upon request, it is possible to manufacture the wooden parts in walnut or white lacquer. The external frame and the apron is in charcoal grey aluminium RAL 7022.
Claus B windows can be supplied with different glass solutions. In addition to the standard models, it is possible to produce “made-to-order” Claus B windows.
Claus C
Top Hung upwards opening
The Claus C window opens by lifting it outwards. It is recommended for those who want a comfortable view and good external visibility. The ergonomic handle located at the bottom of the window is equipped with a double stop to place the window in the microventilation or in the hermetic closing position.
It is made of Nordic wood and has been treated with fungicide and double-finished with transparent ecological protective paint.
Ventilation grilles placed on the upper sides of the window allow, when the window is open, a slight air passage to counteract the natural phenomenon of condensation.

Claus DAB
Double opening: pivot and top-hung
In the Claus DAB window the mechanism allows a double opening: Top-hung upwards or pivot 180°, which is further facilitated by the handle located at the top of the window. The ergonomic handle located at the bottom of the window is equipped with a double stop to block the sash in the microventilation or in the hermetic closing position.

The external cladding of the frame is in charcoal grey aluminium RAL 7022. It is possible to manufacture the interior wooden parts in walnut or white lacquer on request.

Claus FP/FV
Flat roof window
The windows for flat roofs – FP with dome or VP with flat safety glass – provide natural light and ventilation to buildings where traditional roof windows that require minimum slopes cannot be installed. They can be used in any type of environment, from commercial buildings to working environments or residential homes.
They are made internally with Scandinavian wood with triple paint treatment (fungicide and double finish). FP windows have a transparent polycarbonate dome with high impact and hail resistance. VP windows have the flat, thermally insulating and safe Sicurtherm glass.
Flat roof windows provide excellent noise reduction.
Bottom opening.
They are produced in five sizes and three types of opening:
FPP – electric opening , windows equipped with chain motor and control unit mounted inside a special motor cover. In case of rainfall the windows close automatically thanks to the rain sensor. They operate only by the remote control TR8 (supplied separately).
FPM – manual opening by a 200 cm operating rod.
FPF – fixed window.
